There is a build...
that lets you spam infuse health repeatly (ele prime/monk secondary) with an almost steady infused amt of health. You can see red bar go up just before ele infuses. Also as he/she infuses the amt of health infused goes down slowly.
What is this build?

jk, i was just wondering. saw it in RA, was pretty impressed by the amt of health healed :O

Of course Dismember + Prot strike woulda killed him so fast that not even the 1337est infuses will save.
Funny thing is we got 10 wins with him in International during euro hour.

Because you can spam everything on your bar and then after 20~ seconds you heal everyone up and replenish all of your energy and health.

My bet is on Ether Renewal being the elite.

Savage that Crushing blow, then switch to monk when hes approximately in range of healing on that hammer war, throw dshot on WoH, then switch to necro throw that magebane on appromixate FF spam. Sup?
And yeah, Ether renewal is the elite. I know half the bar, but its a riddle!
Obviously Infuse is there. Another hint: Not all of the skills focus on enhancing the infuse. well... duh.
Also you constantly infuse after infuse til outta energy. which is about 10-12 infuses. health 280-ish (1st infuse) down to 230-ish (last infuse)

You act like noticing skill animations while playing magebane ranger is hard.
You can state that you saw Ether Renewal and Infuse.
Probably safe to assume that Aura of Restoration and/or Glyph of Restoration was used to counteract the half health from infuse.
Since Ether Renewal revolves around enchantments we can also assume that he spec'd into Protection Prayers. Prot Spirit, SB, Shield Guardian are all likely choices for a Ether Renewal ele.
So the bar will look something close too...
[Ether Renewal][Glyph of Restoration][Infuse Health][Protective Spirit][Spirit Bond][Shield Guardian][Aura of Restoration][Resurrection Signet]
edit: Shield Guardian can be replaced with RoF, Guardian, or any number of prot prayer skills/enchantments - however the above bar seems like the most likely.

Since ER only last 7 of 30 seconds, it's more likely he used [[Glyph of Swiftness].
[[Ether Renewal] heals before health loss from [[Infuse Health], so if you only spam that, Ele's health will stay at half health and slowly drop until using a different spell.
+20% enchant and Glyph, best you can get is ER 8.4 and recharge 22.5s.
Unless [[Quickening Zephyr] comes into play.. 8.4s duration, 11s recharge.
Would have been very predictable though, first you see Ele at almost perm half health, then comes the downtime of ER, then most likely a 1s Glyph followed by 1s cast ER. 1 sec is easily interruptable, especially when you know it's coming.

Lol Infuse with 55 max health.
You're looking at variants of this build in PvP: http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s...php?t=10353242
It doesn't work very well. Ether Renewal (PvP) lasts a grand 7 seconds, and if you cannot upkeep it, you cannot use Infuse either. If you cannot use Infuse you can't heal, and that's the end of the game. What's more, people in PvP will push forward to take you out decisively, with Rend or Diversion or interrupts or whatever.
I use the build in PvE a lot, but if someone's trying it in PvP then either he's not aware Ether Renewal is PvP nerfed, or he plays too much PvE (not likely, since ER-PvE builds aren't very well known), or he's simply playing it for kicks.

It is a PvE build brought into RA. The PvE build can easily keep up Ether renewal all the time, but who cares the build itself is incredible gimmicky and fragile. All in all it is about as effective as a 55.
